Bilingual French/English Customer Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will assist customers via chat and email, ensuring their inquiries are resolved quickly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in French and English through chat and email.
• Handle customer inquiries, order questions, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading comprehension in French and English.
• At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
