Key responsibilities

• Assist in day‑to‑day logistics operations to ensure smooth delivery execution.
• Monitor and coordinate freelance delivery professionals and partner businesses.
• Analyse operational data to spot trends and improve efficiency.
• Help streamline customer support and issue‑resolution processes.
• Collaborate with operations and tech teams to enhance logistics workflows.
• Contribute to process documentation and performance tracking.
• Support schedule management, shift bookings, and fleet coordination.

Required profile

• C2‑level proficiency in French.
• Conversational English.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and self‑motivated for remote work.
• Eager to learn and take initiative.
