Conseiller Commercial – Insurance Call Center

About the role

Assist Assur, a subsidiary of ECG Pereire Assurances, is expanding its call‑center operations in Algiers. The company seeks motivated Sales Advisors to support French‑speaking private customers, providing insurance solutions over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and guide French private customers through insurance offerings.
• Identify client needs and propose appropriate insurance products.
• Prepare and present quotations.
• Promote and sell insurance solutions, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Maintain and follow up on client dossiers.
• Foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Baccalaureate (higher levels up to Bac+5 accepted).
• Previous experience in a call‑center, customer service, or sales is a plus; beginners are welcome with training provided.
• Strong listening, communication, and persuasion abilities.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a passion for challenges.

Required skills

• Excellent spoken and written French.
• Comfortable telephone communication.
