About the role
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Service and Experience team in Algeria. The role involves handling inbound communications and ensuring customers receive timely, accurate assistance across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, emails and chat messages from customers.
- Resolve inquiries quickly and efficiently, providing clear solutions.
- Process returns, exchanges and handle complaints according to company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of each interaction in the CRM system.
- Update customer information and ensure data accuracy.
- Gather and forward customer feedback to relevant departments.
- Inform customers about the status of their requests and follow‑up actions.
Required profile
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Russian and Kazakh.
- Professional and courteous dialogue with customers.
- Ability to manage large volumes of information.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
Required skills
- Proficiency with PC and basic office software.
- Experience using CRM systems and other specialized applications.
