Cyber Security Coach

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Cyber Security Coach to deliver a comprehensive Masterclass in Cybersecurity and System Security. The role involves teaching adult learners the full spectrum of operational security, from fundamentals to advanced threat analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a progressive curriculum covering security fundamentals, networking, firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, traffic analysis, malware, ransomware, vulnerability assessment, cryptography, and data protection.
• Guide participants through security implementation topics such as MFA, access control, backup and recovery.
• Teach governance, risk management, incident response, ISO 27001, GDPR basics, and audit methodology.
• Supervise the final capstone project, evaluating threat analysis and secure architecture design.
• Stay current with emerging cyber threats and update training materials accordingly.

Required profile

• Professional experience in cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to teach and coach adult learners effectively.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and security tools.
• CompTIA Security+ certification is a strong asset.
• Prior training or coaching experience is a plus.
