About the role

Education City is seeking a dynamic Trainer (Formateur) to design, develop, and deliver high‑impact training sessions for a diverse learner base. This full‑time, on‑site position in Algiers focuses on creating engaging learning experiences that align with the institution’s curricula and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prepare, and deliver interactive training workshops and seminars.
• Plan learning activities, develop training materials, and adapt content for various audiences and proficiency levels.
• Facilitate sessions, assess learner progress, and provide constructive feedback to ensure learning objectives are achieved.
• Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve program quality and instructional methods.
• Maintain accurate training records and contribute to the development of instructional resources.

Required profile

• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse groups of learners.
• Solid background in instructional design and learner‑centered program development.
• Excellent organizational abilities to plan schedules, manage resources, and keep documentation up to date.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for clear explanation of complex concepts.
• Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or educator in professional or academic settings.
• Relevant academic background in education, pedagogy, HR, or related fields; certifications are a plus.
• Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with common presentation and e‑learning tools; multilingual capabilities are advantageous.
