Director of Food & Beverage – Multi‑Property

About the role

The Director of Food & Beverage leads the strategic vision and day‑to‑day operations of all food, beverage and culinary services across multiple properties. Reporting to senior hotel leadership, this role ensures brand standards are met, drives revenue growth, and delivers exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute property‑wide F&B strategies that align with brand objectives and market demand.
• Oversee restaurants, bars, room service, banquets and catering operations, ensuring consistent quality and service.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze budgets, and recommend capital‑expenditure investments for equipment and facilities.
• Lead and mentor the F&B team, setting performance expectations and fostering employee satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations to create profitable promotions and events.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and brand standards across all outlets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 6 years of progressive F&B, culinary or event‑management experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, Business Administration, etc., with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead large, multi‑disciplinary teams in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
