English Gaming Support Agent (Remote, EMEA)

About the role

As an English Gaming Support Agent you will assist players of an assigned game studio with account, technical, purchase and gameplay queries. Working remotely, you will join a team of agents guided by a Team Lead and Operations Manager, handling tickets and providing a high‑quality player experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to player inquiries via chat, email or ticketing system in English.
• Troubleshoot account, technical and purchase issues, escalating when necessary.
• Stay updated on the studio’s latest releases, updates and branding.
• Complete assisted training modules to continuously improve support skills.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1).
• Residence in Albania, Algeria, Kosovo, Nigeria or Tunisia.
• Strong passion for video games and solid gaming knowledge.
• Fast learner, proactive and capable of troubleshooting.
• Quiet dedicated workspace at home (optional).

Required skills

• Windows 11 (all editions except S Mode).
• CPU with a minimum CPU Mark of 9 220 (e.g., Intel i5‑8400, 8th Gen Intel or newer, Ryzen 2nd Gen or newer).
• GPU with a G3D rating of at least 4 806 (e.g., GTX 760 or stronger).
• Minimum 8 GB RAM.
• Internet connection ≥ 15 Mb/s download and upload, latency < 120 ms.
• Two monitors.
• Smartphone capable of two‑factor authentication (Android 10+ or iOS 16+).
