French Bilingual Customer Support Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat and email while delivering a friendly and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live chat and email inquiries in French and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, customer‑first solutions.
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
