French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. In this fully remote position you will interact with customers via phone and live chat, delivering clear, friendly and professional assistance in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate support to French‑ and English‑speaking customers through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot issues, guide users step‑by‑step, and ensure successful resolution.
• Log every interaction precisely in our ticketing system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Experience with bilingual support is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar help‑desk tools.
• Basic knowledge of e‑commerce and CRM systems.
