French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate who can deliver friendly, professional assistance to our global customers. You will handle voice calls and live‑chat inquiries, turning everyday questions into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot issues, guide customers step‑by‑step, and resolve tickets.
• Log all interactions in the CRM system and maintain detailed records.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong empathy for customers.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar help‑desk tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and CRM systems.
