French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. In this remote position you will assist customers from French‑ and English‑speaking markets via phone and live chat, delivering friendly, clear and professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support in French and English through calls and live chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues step‑by‑step and guide them to resolution.
• Log all interactions in the ticketing system and maintain detailed records.
• Identify recurring issues, share feedback and help improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
