HR Business Partner

About the role

The HR Business Partner supports management and operational teams across the organisation. The role covers HR administration, payroll coordination, recruitment, performance management and employee relations, and requires strong knowledge of Algerian labour law.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR administration: contracts, employee files, onboarding and offboarding, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate and monitor payroll processes with Finance and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with Algerian labour law and internal HR policies.
• Lead recruitment and workforce planning activities.
• Support performance management, employee relations, engagement and retention.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Monitor HR KPIs, prepare HR reports and dashboards, and improve HR processes and employee experience.
• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and employees.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in an operational or multisite environment.
• Strong recruitment and employee relations experience.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented.
• French and English required; Arabic is an advantage.
