Manufacturing Specialist (Fluent in French) – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Specialist who is fluent in French to help train large‑scale language models for industrial applications. You will use your deep knowledge of production systems, lean methodologies, and French‑language standards to improve AI reasoning on manufacturing topics.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with AI models in English and French on real‑world manufacturing scenarios and technical questions.
• Verify factual accuracy, logical soundness, and capture reproducible error traces.
• Document failure modes and suggest enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Provide feedback on model performance across topics such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, GMP, ISO standards, CNC, robotics, and production scheduling.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or PMP are a plus.
• Fluency in French and hands‑on experience in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to communicate metacognitively, showing your reasoning step‑by‑step.
