About the role
The British School Algiers is looking for a passionate part‑time Spanish Teacher to inspire learners of all ages. You will create dynamic, enjoyable lessons that develop speaking, listening, reading and writing skills while fostering cultural appreciation.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Spanish lessons across age groups.
- Plan and deliver lessons that promote language skills, communication, and cultural understanding.
- Use varied teaching strategies to support different abilities and encourage active participation.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback and support.
- Create a positive and immersive classroom environment that motivates learners.
- Contribute to extracurricular language clubs or cultural activities as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Strong communication skills to engage students, parents, and colleagues.
