Performance Media Buyer – Meta Ads (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Media Buyer to plan, launch, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will use data‑driven insights to improve key performance metrics and work closely with creative and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and continuously optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
• Monitor performance and adjust for CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and conversion rate.
• Conduct audience, creative, and campaign testing to boost results.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop high‑performing ads.
• Prepare regular performance reports and deliver data‑based recommendations.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently while maintaining profitability.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret campaign data and make optimization decisions.
• Experience with lead‑generation and/or e‑commerce advertising.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
