Procurement Manager

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead supplier sourcing, bidding strategy, commercial negotiation and contract signing for telecom services at Huawei Telecommunications Algeria. This role ensures smooth project delivery by coordinating with delivery teams and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage telecom service supplier sourcing and qualification, ensuring a robust pool of qualified vendors.
• Develop and execute engineering service bidding strategies, lead commercial negotiations and finalize contracts.
• Collaborate with project delivery teams to improve supplier resource quantity, quality and implementation efficiency.
• Maintain and develop long‑term relationships with key suppliers to support business objectives.
• Evaluate supplier performance regularly and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of international trade practices.
• Understanding of commercial cost analysis fundamentals.
• Familiarity with basic business etiquette.
