Project Coordinator – Logistics (Remote, US Market)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support and scale our growing network operations across the United States. The role is fully remote and will work under the Logistics Supervisor to ensure smooth installation and shipment processes for our IoT charging stations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule station installations across multiple markets.
• Manage shipping and logistics for units destined for venues, events, and partners.
• Work closely with field technicians to guarantee successful installs.
• Track inventory, shipments, and install status for all active projects.
• Communicate with internal teams (Sales, Success, City Networks) to align timelines and priorities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve logistical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Help improve and build scalable processes and systems for operations.
• Maintain accurate tracking and reporting across logistics workflows.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or project coordination.
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working cross‑functionally.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, startup environment.
