About the role
As a Receptionist at Le Méridien Oran, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming and memorable experience from check‑in to check‑out. You will work closely with the Guest Experience team to ensure smooth operations and personalized service throughout each stay.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and handle reservations.
- Process guest requests, provide information about hotel services and local attractions, and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records, complete daily reports, and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
- Assist with operational tasks such as handling phone calls, managing mail, and coordinating with other departments.
- Uphold safety standards, confidentiality, and professional appearance at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems.
