Senior Java Engineer – Greenfield Project

About the role

We are seeking a self‑motivated Senior Java Engineer to design and build a brand‑new, mission‑critical system from the ground up. You will work on a greenfield project that demands high technical ownership and a strong focus on reliability, security, and observability.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deliver core backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement APIs, database schemas, and messaging integrations.
• Ensure production‑grade reliability, security best practices, observability, and robust failure handling.
• Leverage cloud‑native infrastructure to scale the system efficiently.
• Use AI‑assisted tools daily for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and delivery acceleration.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional Java backend experience.
• Strong familiarity with mission‑critical systems and production‑grade engineering.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a strong ownership mindset.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
