Senior Paid Ads Specialist (Algeria Based, Remote)

About the role

Instacrew helps businesses run their marketing strategies through dedicated teams of specialists working closely with Fractional CMOs. It is hiring a Senior Paid Ads / Performance Marketing Specialist based in Algeria, fully remote, who will turn a media plan developed by a CMO into executed, tested and optimized campaigns. The role covers B2B lead generation and requires availability during North American business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Translate media plans and strategic direction from Fractional CMOs into well-structured advertising campaigns.
• Launch, manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Identify opportunities beyond the initial plan, recommend improvements and suggest new approaches.
• Develop structured testing methods for audiences, creatives, messaging, offers and landing pages.
• Analyze performance, find bottlenecks and make data-driven optimization decisions.
• Track KPIs such as CPL, CPA, conversion rates, lead quality, ROAS and pipeline contribution.
• Prepare and present weekly performance reports to clients and CMOs, explaining what works, what does not and why.
• Collaborate with CMOs and internal execution teams to improve results.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns, especially in B2B markets.
• Demonstrated track record of results with real numbers and case studies.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to experimentation and optimization.
• Ability to understand a broader marketing strategy and turn it into effective campaign execution.
• Strategic thinking: contributes ideas, challenges assumptions constructively and improves an existing media plan.
• Confidence presenting results and defending decisions to clients.
• Excellent French, written and spoken.
• Ownership mindset: knows the numbers, pushes for better results and does not wait to be told what to optimize.

Work arrangement

• Fully remote, based in Algeria as part of the Algerian marketing team.
• Availability during North American business hours (mainly Canadian clients, 9 AM–5 PM Eastern Time).
