Technical Instructor – AI, Web Development & Cybersecurity

About the role

We are looking for experienced Technology Instructors to join EXPS Nexus, our learning and innovation centre in Boumerdès, Algeria. In this on‑site, contract role you will deliver intensive, project‑based training modules (1‑2 weeks) that prepare students and professionals for careers in AI, software development, cybersecurity and related high‑demand fields.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom and laboratory sessions.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
• Mentor students through practical, project‑based learning.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Keep course content aligned with current technologies and industry practices.
• Collaborate with the EXPS Nexus academic team to continuously improve training programs.

Required profile

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in teaching, technical training, or mentoring is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to learners of different experience levels.
• Practical experience in at least one of the advertised technical domains.
• Proficiency in English; French and/or Arabic is an asset.
