Technicien froid – Maintenance hôtelière

About the role

The Hotel seeks a dedicated Cold Technician to respond to guest repair requests and ensure the smooth operation of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the property. The role involves daily interaction with guests, preventive maintenance, and quick resolution of technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to guest repair requests and communicate solutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen equipment, and mechanical room assets.
• Inspect, clean, lubricate, and test air‑conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic systems.
• Carry out minor carpentry, painting, drywall, and wood‑trim repairs.
• Replace light bulbs, A/C filters, electrical switches, outlets, and program televisions.
• Use Lockout/Tagout procedures before any maintenance work.
• Maintain inventory, requisition parts, and document daily activities for shift hand‑over.
• Perform interior and exterior landscaping repairs, including sprinkler maintenance.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hospitality environment.
• Good communication skills with guests and colleagues.
• Physical capability to lift and move objects up to 50 lb.
• Commitment to safety policies, confidentiality, and professional appearance.
