Travel Booking Agent

About the role

The Booking Agent is responsible for handling travel reservation requests while ensuring a high‑quality client experience. Reporting to a supervisor, the agent assists customers in planning their trips, processes bookings according to company procedures, and supports daily operations at Yassir Travel.

Key responsibilities

• Process reservation requests from clients.
• Guide customers through the organization of their travel itineraries.
• Book air and sea tickets, hotels, transfers, and other tourism services.
• Verify availability, rates, and reservation conditions.
• Maintain administrative follow‑up of client dossiers.
• Deliver quality service and ensure an excellent client experience.
• Adhere to Yassir Travel’s internal procedures and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in Tourism, Management, Commerce, or Marketing.
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer‑relationship orientation.
• Organizational rigor, ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to continuously learn.
• Dynamic, responsive, and able to work in a demanding environment.
• Versatile, autonomous, and responsible.
• Team‑player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
