Assistant(e) de Direction

About the role

The company is seeking an Assistant(e) de Direction to support senior management in daily operations. This full‑time position is based in Cheraga, Alger and combines administrative, financial, and commercial responsibilities within a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between the office and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage specifications documents (cahier des charges) for various projects.
• Liaise with public and private administrations to ensure compliance and smooth procedures.
• Handle basic accounting tasks and support financial reporting.
• Oversee administrative processes, including document filing and correspondence.
• Assist the commercial team with client interactions and sales support.
• Monitor fiscal and para‑fiscal obligations and coordinate with relevant authorities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in administrative, accounting, or commercial support roles.
• Strong knowledge of public and private administrative procedures.
• Ability to draft and manage specifications and project documentation.
• Experience handling fiscal and para‑fiscal matters.
