Front Office Telecom Engineer

About the role

The Front Office Telecom Engineer will join Huawei's Network Operations Center in Algiers, providing first‑level support for mobile radio network infrastructure. The role involves monitoring alarms, handling incidents, and supporting change activities to ensure network stability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor network node alarms and perform first‑level troubleshooting.
• Identify, notify, track, and resolve incidents, including functional escalation and closure.
• Support change execution, monitor planned end times, and collect performance data.
• Manage logical access for critical incidents and major changes.
• Assist with capacity and performance investigations and field operation activities.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work shift and on‑call schedules.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Good communication and teamwork orientation.
