About the role

The company, a fast‑growing producer of cosmetics and personal hygiene products, is strengthening its Human Resources department. It seeks a Payroll Manager to handle the full payroll cycle for its employees in Larbaa.

Key responsibilities

• Daily use of the PC Paie software for payroll processing.
• Prepare, calculate and verify payroll, including variable elements.
• Manage employee absences, leave requests and statutory time‑off calculations (STC).
• Calculate and control CNAS contributions and IRG tax deductions.
• Prepare and submit CNAS tele‑declarations.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of practical payroll management experience.
• Strong knowledge of CNAS, IRG and tele‑declaration procedures.
• Ability to handle taxable, non‑taxable, contributable and non‑contributable allowances.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills and a rigorous control mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC Paie payroll software.
• Advanced Excel skills.
