HR Manager – Full‑Cycle HR & Compliance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function, ensuring smooth daily operations and strict compliance with Algerian labour legislation. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to management while providing hands‑on support to employees across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and off‑boarding.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and internal regulations.
• Ensure all HR processes comply with Algerian labour laws and company standards.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, leave, attendance and HR documentation.
• Coordinate workforce planning, organisational changes and relocation support.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
• Design and deliver training plans and employee development initiatives.
• Support performance management cycles and workforce planning activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR Management or HR Generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of Algerian labour legislation and HR compliance.
• Experience managing the full employee lifecycle and HR administration.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
