About the role
We are looking for an IT Desk Support professional to join our team on a full‑time basis in Constantine. The role focuses on delivering reliable first‑line technical assistance to internal users and ensuring smooth operation of IT services.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, log and prioritize support requests through the ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Assist users with account access, password resets and application usage.
- Escalate complex problems to senior technical staff while maintaining clear communication with requestors.
- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT support or service desk environment.
- Full‑time availability and willingness to work on‑site in Constantine.
- Strong communication skills and customer‑oriented attitude.
