Project Manager

About the role

As a Project Manager at Elekta you will be responsible for delivering customer projects safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle and coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure successful installation and implementation of cancer‑care solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of assigned customer projects following Elekta’s project management methodology.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans aligned with contractual commitments and internal milestones.
• Serve as the main interface between Elekta and the customer, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate Sales, Service, Clinical Applications, Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance and external partners to achieve project goals.
• Identify, assess and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies and mitigation plans.
• Monitor scope, schedule, cost and quality while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Manage financial performance, including milestone achievement, invoicing support and profitability tracking.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, governance records and status reports in Elekta’s business systems.
• Lead regular review meetings with customers and internal stakeholders, providing transparent updates on progress and risks.
• Drive timely project closure, capture lessons learned and obtain customer acceptance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing complex installation and implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
