About the role

The bank is seeking a Training Manager to lead the analysis of competency needs, design and implement training programs, and manage the associated budget. You will ensure that learning initiatives align with the bank's strategic objectives and comply with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze skill gaps and define training needs across the organization.
• Develop and monitor the annual training budget.
• Design and roll out a comprehensive training plan that supports the bank’s strategy.
• Oversee the execution and follow‑up of training activities, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and legal texts.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, Social Sciences or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar training or learning‑and‑development role.
