About the role
Huawei Telecommunications Algeria is seeking a Wireless Engineer to join its network team in Algiers. The role focuses on providing customer support, performing routine network tasks, and ensuring the health and performance of wireless infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line customer support and handle service requests (SRs).
- Conduct routine network health checks and monitoring.
- Execute network changes and configuration updates.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving wireless issues.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecom or wireless environments.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Self‑motivated with a fast learning attitude and good teamwork.
Required skills
- Basic Telecom Knowledge.
- Understanding of basic wireless technologies (2G, 3G, 4G).
