360 Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Dubai team, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for clients across the UAE and GCC markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for multiple clients in various industries.
• Source, screen and present qualified candidates to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process.
• Achieve monthly placement targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client databases.
• Stay updated on UAE labour market trends and regulations.
• Support business development activities to expand the client portfolio.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven track record in 360 recruitment, handling both client‑facing and candidate‑facing activities.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE job market and hiring practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
