Learning and Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, people‑focused Learning and Development Manager to lead employee growth across our fully remote organization. You will design, deliver and evaluate training programs that close skill gaps, foster continuous learning and empower our global workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with C‑level executives and department heads to identify skill gaps and align L&D initiatives with business objectives.
• Create engaging training curriculum, including e‑learning modules, virtual workshops and micro‑learning content for a distributed workforce.
• Lead and continuously improve the remote onboarding program to ensure new hires feel welcomed, equipped and integrated.
• Oversee the Learning Management System, managing digital learning infrastructure and ensuring courses are accessible and tracked.
• Forecast, monitor and optimise the annual L&D budget while negotiating contracts with external training vendors.
• Analyse metrics, conduct skills audits and measure ROI of training initiatives, using learner feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with managers and HR to develop leadership training and career‑pathing frameworks that support talent retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education or a related field.
• 3–5 years of L&D experience, including at least 2 years in a remote or distributed work environment.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, blended learning strategies and instructional design principles.
• Proven ability to manage, coach and evaluate teams virtually.
• Excellent written, verbal and virtual presentation skills, with experience facilitating sessions via video conferencing.
