AMI Montessori Guide (0-3 or 3-6)

About the role

Montessori Algérie is hiring AMI-certified Montessori guides for children aged 0-3 or 3-6 to join its multicultural team in Algiers. The role contributes to an authentic Montessori environment rooted in respect for the child and a love of learning.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a Montessori environment that supports children's independence, concentration and holistic development.
• Observe children carefully and support their individual developmental needs.
• Build respectful, effective communication with parents and colleagues.
• Contribute to a professional team committed to educational excellence.

Required profile

• An AMI diploma relevant to the age group (0-3 or 3-6).
• A university degree.
• At least five years of teaching experience.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: French or English.
• Genuine commitment to Montessori principles and respect for each child's individuality.
