Client Service Specialist – Disability Tax Credit

About the role

We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to guide Canadian clients through the Disability Tax Credit (DTC) application process. You will be the primary point of contact, handling inquiries, gathering information, and ensuring smooth communication from start to finish. This remote position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of people with disabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for clients via phone and email throughout the DTC application journey.
• Collect and verify client information, assess eligibility based on medical documentation, and update records in the CRM system.
• Draft and send correspondence to clients and healthcare professionals, and follow up to obtain required documents.
• Maintain accurate client accounts and track progress using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships by providing timely updates and support.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in client service or account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; French is a plus.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing a full workload independently.
• Experience serving Canadian clients is an asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
