Client Service Specialist – Disability Tax Credit

About the role

We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to be the primary point of contact for Canadians applying for the Disability Tax Credit (DTC). You will guide clients through every step of the application, handling communications via phone and email while ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the DTC application process.
• Communicate daily with clients to gather information and provide status updates.
• Assess client eligibility for the Disability Tax Credit based on medical documentation.
• Draft and send professional emails to clients and healthcare professionals.
• Follow up with clients and medical practitioners to collect required documentation.
• Use a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to track interactions and monitor progress.

Required profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience in client service or account management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; French is a plus.
• Comfortable using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Experience working with Canadian clients is an asset.
• Excellent phone presence and a client‑focused approach.
