Client Service Specialist – Disability Tax Credit

About the role

Trust Disability Solutions assists Canadians in applying for the Disability Tax Credit (DTC). As a Client Service Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact, guiding clients through every step of the application process and ensuring a smooth, supportive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication with clients via phone and email to gather information and provide status updates.
• Assess client eligibility for the DTC based on medical documentation.
• Draft and send correspondence to clients and healthcare professionals.
• Follow up with clients and medical practitioners to collect required documents.
• Use a CRM system to track interactions, manage accounts, and monitor progress.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in client service or account management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; French is a plus.
• Comfortable working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Experience with Canadian clients is an asset.
• Professional phone presence and a client‑focused attitude.
