Commercial Customer Advisor (Sales Consultant)

About the role

GOMYCODE, an educational platform training top talent in digital skills and connecting them with global digital opportunities, is hiring a full-time Commercial Customer Advisor in Val d'Hydra, Algeria. The role answers calls and sells the company's products and services, while also providing after-sales support and helping students renew their registrations.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell products and services.
• Advise students on their training plans, understand their needs and offer the Go My Code training that best fits their expectations.
• Provide after-sales service by working with other departments to solve student complaints.
• Organise customer meetings, send customer reminders by email and phone, and handle registration renewals.
• Enter customer data and notes accurately into the CRM.
• Work on all types of leads to reach monthly sales targets, and encourage students and instructors to give feedback.
• Up-sell and cross-sell products, and take part in marketing activities such as conferences and live events.

Required profile

• University degree from a top school.
• One year of work experience in a top start-up; customer support or sales experience preferred.
• GMC Ambassador and Community Builder status.
• Excellent communicator, honest, proactive and able to mediate customer conflicts.
• Able to explain the GMC learning method and the concept of active learning clearly.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Basic math skills, including counting money and making change.
