Field Supervisor Coordinator

About the role

The Field Supervisor Coordinator will manage and support field teams across Algeria, assigning members to geographic operations, creating work plans, and ensuring consistent reporting. The role involves frequent travel to various regions and cities to monitor performance and address fieldwork constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Assign field team members to specific geographic areas and schedules.
• Travel nationwide to oversee field activities and collect daily reports.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on achievements, strengths, and weaknesses of the field team.
• Develop and implement fieldwork plans, training sessions, and strategies.
• Ensure adherence to procedures, methodologies, and field rules.
• Monitor data collection quality and support team members in daily tasks.
• Maintain communication with the project manager regarding constraints and propose solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of fieldwork experience, preferably in census or similar projects.
• Strong command of English.
• Willingness and ability to travel across all regions of Algeria.
