HR Business Partner – Strategic HR Advisor

About the role

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership of the Baladna Dairy Farm Project in Adrar, Algeria. This strategic role supports organizational effectiveness, workforce development, and cultural transformation across a large‑scale agro‑industrial initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Coach managers on people‑related matters, including performance management and employee relations.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
• Drive talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
• Use HR metrics and analytics to inform decision‑making and support change management initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HR business partner or equivalent strategic role.
• Proven expertise in organizational development, talent management, and employee relations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and influencing skills at senior management level.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and willingness to travel.
